The Technical Assistance (TA) program funds organizations that help historically underrepresented and under-resourced small businesses. Its a newer program established by the 2021 Oregon Legislature and builds on a federally funded pilot to help businesses respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. TA providers are selected biennially through a competitive process and reflect the program’s commitment to ensuring that small business technical assistance is widely available and accessible. This program is intended to help see that economic recovery is equitable and not perpetuate long-standing disparities.
